Civil works at the Kinross Woolshed redevelopment upgraded site infrastructure to improve access, functionality, and long-term performance.

Scope included building pad preparation, stormwater drainage, survey set-out, and subgrade stabilisation, followed by construction of a 3,300m² asphalt carpark. Ancillary works included linemarking, bollards, kerb installation, and retaining wall construction, along with a compacted ground overflow carpark to support peak demand.

Works were carried out concurrently with the broader building upgrade, requiring coordination with the head contractor and other trades to maintain program alignment. ATD Civil Group managed delivery of the civil package, ensuring efficient integration with the overall construction program.

The project resulted in a fully upgraded and compliant civil infrastructure package, improving site usability and access.
