Civil works supported the development of a new administration building, site access, and carparking infrastructure at Grace Christian College.

Works included building pad preparation, stormwater drainage, road pavement construction, and a 2,300m² asphalt carpark and access road, including linemarking and kerb. Additional works comprised concrete surrounds, footpaths, and survey set-out.

Construction was undertaken within an operational school environment, requiring strict separation between active school areas and construction zones. Coordination with the head contractor ensured safe access and continuity throughout the works.

The project delivered a safe and functional outcome, enhancing access and usability for the school community.
